THE DICTATOR

"The Dictator" movie hits theaters on May 11, 2012.

The film tells the heroic story of a dictator who risked his life to ensure that democracy would never come to the country he so lovingly oppressed. Sacha Baron Cohen plays a Middle Eastern ruler, ala Moammar Gaddafi, who is exiled to America, where he meets, then romances, an organic grocery store owner (Anna Farris). The first trailer for the film, written by Baron Cohen and directed by his Borat & Bruno partner Larry Charles, focuses on introducing the utterly ridiculous, heavily bearded General Aladeen.
